Fees and Rebates
At Dragonfly Psychology we believe in offering affordable and effective mental health care to our clients. Our fees are significantly lower than the current Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi) recommended fee for psychological services, which is $300 per hour for individual sessions, and $360 for couples counselling.

Out of Hours Appointments include appointments before 9am and 5pm onwards.

Private Health Fund rebates may be available depending on your level of cover. Please contact your health fund to discuss this. If you are eligible you would need to claim directly from your health fund. Private health rebates cannot be used in conjunction with a Medicare rebate.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot keep your appointment, you must give us at least 48 hours notice.
The following cancellation policy is in place to allow us to offer the allocated time to another person who may be on a waiting list for that appointment.
Cancellation fees are as follows:

Cancelled with more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours notice = $100

Less than 24 hours/Missed appointments/No shows = Full session cost
All outstanding fees need to be finalised prior to other appointments being offered.
